Andrew Santacroce

Andrew Santacroce is VP of technology development for TMNA Services LLC, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, Japan’s oldest and leading property/casualty insurer. He joined the high-growth company in 2016 to drive customer-focused delivery across digital technologies, applications, business intelligence and quality management.

Previously, Santacroce was VP of global applications and digital products for BDP International. Prior to that he held key technology leadership roles with Verizon for 11 years, where he led teams in the enterprise, consumer and wireless divisions. He has also delivered technology solutions to the marketplace with Cable & Wireless, SmithKline Beecham, The PMA Group, PECO Energy and Prudential Insurance Company.

Santacroce received his B.S. in mathematics from Pennsylvania State University, where he currently chairs the advisory board for its Abington Pennsylvania Campus. Previously, he served as an executive board member of the Penn State Alumni Association.
