Dennis Michel has over 30 years of experience with Discover Financial Services. His current responsibilities include leading all Customer Experience Strategy & Operations for Discover’s card business. His coverage areas include all customer experience-focused initiatives, including strategy and design, digital servicing, experience analytics, consumer complaints, VOC, marketing initiatives, reporting, systems, performance management, workforce management, Processing Services, and most importantly people leadership. Dennis leads an organization of over 4,000 employees across six U.S. locations and Shanghai China.
Dennis has held leadership positions in a variety of areas throughout his career at Discover Financial Services, including marketing, operations strategy, business development, service and sales.
