Jeanine Charlton

Over the past 25 years, Jeanine has led significantly transformative IT and business operation projects at technology powerhouses DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and now Merchants Fleet. With a track record that includes developing services and solutions for the world’s largest, most secure intranet, and the world’s largest private satellite network, Jeanine knows what it takes to build, motivate and maintain problem-solving, goal-oriented teams. She joined Merchants Fleet as CTO in June 2018, providing strategic leadership for all of company’s FleetTech initiatives, including the company’s proprietary fleet management software, Merchants TotalView, and leading the company’s Chicago-based Innovation Center. Jeanine’s wheelhouse is leveraging the right mix of people and technology to create a culture that inspires innovation and collaboration while keeping a laser focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
