Richard Eilbeck is a Business Analytics Executive at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Eilbeck is based in the Los Angeles office, where he is responsible for delivering analytics capabilities and data-driven insights across the organization. His work focuses on providing agents and executives with the most impactful data and compelling insights to best serve clients.
Eilbeck began his career in management consulting, working in the Business Modelling Group at KPMG, and then the Decision Sciences Practice at PA Consulting Group. He joined CAA in 2012.
Eilbeck graduated from Lancaster University, United Kingdom, with a MSc degree in Operations Research.
