John H. Meyer is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and futurist who currently focuses on advising and investing in technology-heavy, high-impact companies that leap society forward. John is the founder of Homebound, which assists victims of natural disaster by providing an end-to-end process for rebuilding homes cheaper, quicker, and without stress. Previously, John built his first startup, Fresco, where he led a team of forty to build a platform of 150,000 citizen journalists to reframe and democratize the way news is captured. In his “past life”, John was one of the first 1,000 mobile app developers for the iPhone, building over 40 apps in the early days of the AppStore, including the world's first flashlight application. John is the one of the youngest members in the 2017 “Forbes 30 Under 30” list and was one of twenty recipients of the Peter Thiel's Thiel Fellowship.
