Richard Wiedenbeck

Richard Wiedenbeck is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

He is responsible for all technology enterprise wide, leads our technology enabled company strategy, has direct responsibility for execution excellence, is the executive champion for our journey to being an insight driven company, and is the executive co-sponsor for our digital program.

Prior to joining Ameritas, Rich led the insurance division for 2 global software firms, was a global leader in Capgemini’s financial services practice, was the founder of a niche technology consulting company, and worked for major corporations such as TRW, Boeing, and RR Donnelley & Sons.

He is an energetic executive with a track record of solid accomplishments in revenue generation, execution/operations, and creating high-performance teams. He has extensive International / Global experience and is considered by many to be an expert in business transformation, next generation technology management, digital enablement, and program management.
